Metallization
Surface material protection by metallization is spraying the metal layer in the liquid form in the gas flow onto the metal plated surface. We use a 100% zinc and its alloys. This procedure is used to prolong the life of steel constructions, e.g. bridges, which can extend their life by about 80 years.
Metallization is applicable even in a demanding environment, such as in chemical plants, metallurgical plants,water tanks, etc, and it is also a type of a material protection against chemicals or radiant heat.
